Ive been thru 3 of these pet doors in last 7 years. The same peices keep breaking. Screws come loose at the corners causing the screen to wobble loose and lpop hinge pins out.

This is the first time installing an actual screen door dog door, the dogs just used to go in and out through a cut we made in the screen.
This took us 2 1/2 hours to install and the dogs are scared of it, but it's only been a few days since putting it in. They are scared of the door hitting them , it's a little heavy (well made) ,and hoping it doesn't tear out of the screen eventually. We used the brace bar also, so that shouldn't happen.

Have used this model pet door in multiple locations for past 10 years. They all still work and look good.

Exactly as expected. Easy install. Works flawlessly.

I just wish the instructions were better or that there was a installation video to watch.

I'm still unsure of this door as the h mounting flanges provided were too short for the size of the door. I'm waiting for a response for my replacements

I'm really pleased with the durable construction of the Security Boss Pet doors. I like how the flap is see through for the pet so they know it safe to go out, unlike the black rubber flaps used by some companies. The mesh in the flap is replaceable too if and when it wears out. The understand the same mesh used the the patio door will last about 30 years so. The only thing that is missing is a turn lock to stop the flap from moving so you can keep the pet in after dark.

This is by far the best pet door I've ever owned or seen. The quality of the aluminum and screen is top notch. It matches our newly installed pool cage perfectly. It blends so well that it took a few treats to convince our pups they could walk through it.

This door is made of heavy duty but lightweight aluminum that matches the color and quality of our pool cage. The included security door is the heaviest and best built closure I’ve owned. It will keep all unwanted outdoor animals out easily.

Due to COVID it will take some time for your order to be fulfilled. Our order took about 4 weeks to be fulfilled but once it shipped it arrived almost immediately. The contacts at Security Boss quickly replied to my email letting me know the expected ship date and explained the reason for the delay. Build in that time if you have project that is on a specific timeline.

This is the pet door we've been searching for! Our 90 lb. pit/boxer mix has a bad back and refused to go through the largest of store-bought doors we could find. They were all too short and we needed one he could use without having to duck. This door is what we needed!!

It's solid, well-made, and easy to install. My big boi uses it without hesitation and can now enjoy the yard with the rest of our dogs. We highly recommend this for anyone with an extra large pupper!!

This pet door was very easy to install on a screen door.

Our door was installed 7 years ago. In that time, it has stood up to two 65 pound + golden retrievers charging through it when on high squirrel alert.
After 7 years, we did need to replace the door. The great thing is the quality of the door is the same!! When I replaced the door I didn't even need to re-screen the door.

Once recieved the door is great, but it took way over a week to recieve it even though we paid for 3 day shipping. we got the wrong corner door so sent it back and got the right corner. returning the first door was a joke. so just be cautious if u need to return it! 6/1/2015....just recieved a call from Moore pet supplies that our return is finally being processed! tytytyty! took alot of phone calls but they came thru for us!

We bought this door over a year ago for our very tall Great Dane and our very Wide Cane Corso Mastiff. This door fits them both very well. The door is now also used by a German Shepard Mini and a Golden lab as well, it is light enough for the mini shepard to even lift. but what amazes me is my Mastiff has yet to knock it out of the screen or break the frame when he goes charging out to bark at something, and with the amount of use it has got over the last year its still working great and no bugs in the house! We just ordered a second one for our vacation house I recommend this door for all dog lovers but especially the large breeds

Just finished installing this puppy and I couldn't be more happy from start to finish. The reps I talked to recommended this door and size for my dogs and they answered follow up installation questions too! I'm a satisfied customer and probably a returning customer if I ever need anything else pet related!

My installer just left from installing this in my lanai and I cannot believe my dog started using it the first time I lured him through with a treat! I went outside 20 min later and there he was going back out the door! What an awesome product and it looks so pretty on my lanai!

Hard to find a screen doggie door large enough for my dogs, glad I found this door its sturdy and works great.

I searched all over for a screen pet door that wasnt just plastic and snapped into place.. my dogs tear those out within a day. Great product strongly recommend for aggressive dogs, and just purely recommend for an overall durable screen dog door.

I did some extensive research online for screen mounted pet doors, and I'm shocked at the models I found.. Most were cheap plastic that looked like my dog would tear it apart within a day! I'm so happy with this purchase and highly recommend it to large dog owners!

This may be the nicest pet screen door I've ever seen. I looked locally, but couldn't find anything suitable for my large dogs for a pet opening, or something that will hold up against their abuse. I am no longer my dogs servant!
