It was easy to order and schedule, once you understand how it works. First, you order the doggie door, based on the size of your dog and what type of door it is being installed in. Then the new doggie door is delivered by UPS. Once it arrives safely, installation can be scheduled. This is a quality door and reliable vendor. Sturdy door with strong and easy to use security panel. A large, freewheeling outdoor cat adopted me a few months ago and he wasn't adjusting to life as an indoor cat.
