What a unique and well made product

It seems like the makers thought of everything with this product and I'm very pleased with the quality, looks & function. I was very reluctant to cut a hole in the side of our new home but the product is so well done, so secure, and so useful that it was completely worth it.
If I had one small complaint it's that the size that was recommended to me was 2 sizes larger than I bought and than I needed. I certainly understand the danger of spending so much money and not having the dogs fit and it's a custom product that has to be trimmed to be installed. In my case I had an old doggie door from the old house that assured me what they would fit through. The advantage of this (going from the recommended XL to a M for 45-50# lanky dogs) is that the possibility of a large human gaining access to my home through the Pet door is greatly reduced.

I just installed my third pet boss through the wall door. This is the third house my now 10-year-old mutt, Huckleberry, and they've all had the same door setup. Nice & Clean

We have had a pet door for several years. The flaps get so dirty from all the wet noses. The outside flap was really bad and I could not get it clean! We live in a hot humid climate and the gunk would mold and mildew on the flap and was impossible to remove. I finally broke down and ordered new flaps. They have a bit of a new plastic smell but they are beautiful. They were cumbersome to install because of the tight space. We could not use the Allen wrench and ended using pliers to tighten the screws. The flaps are super heavy duty and fit like glove. I’m very happy with the clean flaps!

What a godsend

I have a greyhound who has lots and lots of energy and opening the door every time she wanted to come in or out was very tedious, and it let out lots of air conditioning. now all I have to do is leave the panel out and she can go wherever she wants!
