This is my 4th Maxseal door I have purchased. I keep moving! I wouldn't have any other dog door but this one. Everyone in my family has pet doors. They all say this one is the BEST.

This is my 5th dog door I have bought from here. I absolutely love them. They may be really expensive but they hold up great and the replacement parts are easy to install. If you live in a windy area the extra strong magnets are fabulous but a normal setting the regular ones have been adequate. Our farm house needed the strong ones because of the way the wind blew off the fields. I love that there are so many size options so I can get one tall and wide enough that my short fat basset and my tall skinny St. Bernard can both use it.
We installed this about three or four months ago and couldn't be happier. The dog adjusted to the new door with no problems. It fits well, looks nice, and seals well. Couldn't be happier.
One problem: The slide in security door doesn't slide in because the window sill above it is in the way. So I made my own security door of walnut slats connected by webbing. I wish I could post a picture, it came out quite nicely.
If you're wondering if this is a quality product, don't worry. It's a good design and it works very well. I strongly recommend it.

Just a quick note to let you know how pleased I was with our dog door. We ordered the Large size Max Seal for the wall for our two basenjis and we absolutely LOVE it. It was a bit pricey >$300 but worth every penny. Had it installed and reinforced the studs in the wall and it is AWESOME! Had to chat to get questions answered about installation and had the answer in no time. Delivery was fast and the unit looks great, no leaking cold air and magnets work great. Thanks so much. I bought this door because my wife wanted a different frame color on the inside and outside, and we weren't exactly happy with paying this much for a dog door but we sure are happy we did! It really looks nice and it works really well keeping out the cold air. Worth every penny!

I purchased the maxseal about 8 months ago, I live in a old home that has walls 13 inches thick. I was having so much trouble trying to find a pet door that had tunnels big enough and large enough opening for my two goldens. Then I found this pet door that has an optional 16 inch tunnel on moore pet supplies website and was so happy that they had something available. The pet door provides a seal like no other pet door out there i think it works even better then my windows do. I decided to order replacement flaps with my first order to save on shipping costs. 8 months later they are still sitting in the box and im thinking it will be a while until i have to use them. This door is top notch worth every cent. Would recommend to all my family and friends!!

There simply is nothing better then this MaxSeal dual flap door. For the size of the door im so surprised how well it seals!!!!
