All we need to start is two things: your door slab dimensions (the width and height of the door itself, not the frame) and your pet's dimensions (height to the shoulders and widest point across the chest or hips). For the door: open it and measure the door panel itself — width across the face and height from bottom edge to top edge. Measure the slab only, not the frame or trim. For your pet: measure from the floor to the top of their shoulders, and across the widest point of their body (chest or hips). Those two sets of measurements are everything we need to quote your project.

The pet door typically arrives about one week later, and the full slab door takes 2 to 4 weeks.
