Awesome job by Joe and great working with Chris and Jess!
Absolutely love the MaxSeal PRO! The quality and attention to detail make this feel like a thoughtful upgrade to our home. It looks great, feels solid, and provides the everyday convenience we wanted without compromising the appearance of our door. This is the kind of purchase you appreciate every time you use it. If you are looking for a quality pet door and want something you will be happy with for years to come, I highly recommend it.
Awesome people at portal pros who know their stuff and sell great products!
Keeps those pesty raccoons out, love my electronic pet door!
Very good customer service and excellent product.
Awesome service! Yeah, the process was long (custom door glass measurements/creation/installation, but they set the right expectation and delivered as promised! Great work and attitude! Would definitely use them again.
My three dogs absolutely love having their freedom back! Thank you Bryan for your assistance with helping me pick out the perfect door and scheduling our install! Wall installation looks great and Anthony did a fabulous job!
Doggie door installed! It was such a pleasure working with them. They kept me informed through the entire process and showed up exactly when they said they would and my door looks amazing. I have French doors made of glass so it wasn’t an easy job but they made it look effortless.
Heavy Duty Aluminum frame and it looks great, professionally installed into my screen lanai
Communication with Portal Pros couldn't have been easier. The installation in the wall is flawless we are very satisfied.
Very pleased with Portal PROS. They installed a quality dog door on target 🎯 and on time at the price they quoted. Highly recommend them. Excellent customer service. Dogs love it too. Thanks
Loved the door and the installation was great!
We have just moved to OKC area from Las Vegas, NV and knew we needed a strong dog door to hold up to the weather here, and although my husband can do most anything, cutting a significant hole through brick, next to an electrical outlet, was NOT something I wanted him to do. When I found the Portal Pros website and sent a request for a quote.
Jason called a few days later and although the installation and door we chose was pricey, IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. (Jason gave us a little bit of a discount.) The dog door was shipped to my house and holy cow, this dog door was the strongest, heaviest door I have EVER seen! (Security Boss - MaxSeal™ PRO Pet Door for Walls). So impressed.
The installer, David from Mr. Handyman in North OKC, was on-time, professional, and executed a PERFECT installation through the brick wall of my home. The dog door is perfectly aligned, centered, and I don't have a single negative thing to say. Look how perfectly centered the interior frame is! Baseboard -> door frame -> outlet! WOW! (See photos) He even cleaned up every scrap and dust particle, inside and out. Although David said he has installed MANY dog doors, he had never installed one of these. Even he was impressed with the weight and quality of this door. Out of 5 stars, David gets 10!
All-in-all, Jason's communication before, during, and after the install was appreciated and noted. I am grateful for his updates and check-ins.
Thank you, Jason and David for a seamless and perfect experience.
