It was easy to order and schedule, once you understand how it works. First, you order the doggie door, based on the size of your dog and what type of door it is being installed in. Then the new doggie door is delivered by UPS. Once it arrives safely, installation can be scheduled. This is a quality door and reliable vendor. The end result was very professional and it works like a charm!

Sturdy door with strong and easy to use security panel. A large, freewheeling outdoor cat adopted me a few months ago and he wasn't adjusting to life as an indoor cat. I got him this door and after showing him how it worked, he came in from outside through it the 1st day and was able to go in and out by the second. Happy cat.
quality door. the cover and frame are sturdy. So far so good. Like the carpet on the middle of the door to protect our dog going in and out. I would purchase it again if had a need to.

Needed a connection from the house to the new catio. We ordered this one and it was perfect. Installation was a 10 minute project. I would recommend portal pros to anyone needing ingress , egress for their pets.

Solid design, but the price was a little higher than I expected. If you value insulation and longevity, it’s worth it, plus they were able to get it installed within a week while my other quotes said 10-12 weeks in the Austin area
We had a couple pet doors before this one. Thsi Maxiseal Pro is the only one that doesn’t rattle in heavy wind. Our older labs uses it reliably
Great insulation and quiet operation. Wish the instructions had clearer photos for a DIY install, but the live support helped and clearly this requires custom glass and beyond a normal DIY scope
